We had some wonderful roasted nuts with big flakes of sea salt on them when we were in Marseilles, and I just came across a recipe for Roasted Hazelnuts with Thyme and Sea Salt, which I posted on my blog this morning (http://hillcountryliving.blogspot.com). That's the first thing I'm going to try with my salt!
