Brioche

My son has graduated, today was the last day of school for me, and, my sister departs on Sunday so I'll be back to blogging next week. In the meantime, I thought you would enjoy this post on The Kitchn about the beautiful brioche.

  1. Hooray, glad to see you back! I hope you'll have some good reports on your American-French exchange and other things you've been up to. Congrats on your son's graduation!

    That's a superb-looking brioche in that link; I've never seen them with that nice little sugar crust. I don't like wishing my life away and do try to stay "in the moment," BUT ... I can't wait till fall's returned and I can once again turn on the oven to bake.
